Modern contemporary furniture and beautifully appointed, comprehensively equipped gourmet kitchen. Outfitted with Top of the line appliances including Viking and Sub-Zero, dishwasher, separate wine fridge and all the cooking gadgets one could possibly imagine. This kitchen is a chef's dream!

There are several usb charger equipped power outlets upstairs and downstairs.

The living room also doubles as a sleeping area with a Queen size sleeper sofa. ....and there is a full bathroom on the first floor in addition to the two full baths upstairs with each bedroom.

The location of this Villa in the complex makes it one of the best on the property because the downstairs patio is not in direct sunlight all afternoon. .(...after too much time in the sun, our guests are able to enjoy a shady break to relax on a lounge chair while looking directly at the ocean.)

Both bed rooms upstairs are equipped with a King-size beds...which is unique to other villas in the complex (most other villas do not offer King beds in both bedrooms), brand new ultra-quiet AC, ceiling fan, and a Breakfast Station in the Master.

The Master bathroom is done in high end marble and has an enclosed multi-head shower and commode, plus a large jetted tub. Dual sinks with great lighting and lots of storage space. Off the Master bathroom is the walk-in closet.

The view from the Master Bedroom is a spectacular direct view of the ocean, and the fully folding windows open up to the entire width of the room out to a spacious balcony.

The guest bedroom also offers a large loft that sleeps one adult or two kids. The loft's lighting can be controlled from up in the loft or down in the bedroom.

The Palms complex also boasts a complete ocean view gym, round adult pool, spectacular infinity pool with bar and food service, and a BBQ area with two large professional Weber grills. Lots of beachfront and poolside seating with umbrellas for the free use of our guests. 24 hour/7 day a week secured parking and guard house.

Don’t feel like cooking? Many terrific restaurants are only minutes away. If you feel like really indulging yourself, let The Palms' in-house chef service prepare and serve you a fabulous gourmet meal in the villa or by torchlight right by the beach.

We are located close to Waterfalls, surfing, fine dining, beach dining, zip-lining, pottery farms, organic farms, caves, cliff diving, jet skis, catamaran tours, night life, jungle tours, river tours and anything else you can imagine, 24 hr staff are bilingual and on site 7 days a week!

We have a full time concierge that is part of our family as well as 24 hr maintenance. Full residences means all the comforts of home! We also offer Private Beach Front dinners and Private Chef Services in addition to our on-site breakfast , lunch and dinner options and more.

The Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards and snorkeling gear to our guests.

Located just offshore, the Catalina Islands offer outstanding scuba diving. Nearby Playa Grande offers some of Costa Rica's best surfing. We chose this particular villa in the complex for our second home because it was the developers model due to its direct views of the ocean and its centralized proximity to all the amenities. Don't be fooled by some of the other listings at this complex...all units are not updated, rehabbed, or decorated at the same level of ours (...nor do they have the same ocean views). This villa offers views of the ocean from everywhere.

The complex offers 24 hour guard gated security and parking. There is a common barbecue area that boasts new Viking grills situated under an attractive Palapa roof.

The business center, located at The Palms entrance, has desktop computer with high speed Internet. In addition there is a fax/scanner/printer/copier in the business center. Also a free international calling.

The gardens of the Palms offers an array of exotic plants, beautiful tropical flowers and stately Royal palms. Natural Costa Rican materials have been combined with old world craftsmanship to create a stunning oasis.
