Villa Florindo is a lovely family friendly villa occupying a good position within walking distance of some great local restaurants and a mini-market, offering good outdoor space, great pool area, surrounded by lawns situated in a peaceful setting yet only a few minutes’ drive to the nearest beach at Gale (3km) and the bars, beaches and restaurants of the resort of Albufeira.

The villa itself, all on one floor, has been thoroughly restored and now sports brand new kitchen and bathrooms and a lovely furnishings thoughout. Inside there's a bright open-plan lounge, dining room with patio doors which lead to the pool plus a fireplace here too. Lounge furniture includes comfy sofa’s and an armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wooden table and chairs seating six people. Also here is the fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. All of the bedrooms are on this level too – one doubles and one twin bedroom both with their own en-suite bathrooms and a further double bedroom and separate bathroom.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Outside, there's a large terrace with dining furniture, and a brick-built barbecue oven and exterior shower. The magnificent kidney shaped swimming pool has metal steps.
