Charming Southampton Cottage

In beautiful Southampton, Ontario, this 2+ bedroom four season cottage is just steps to the shores of Lake Huron at South Beach. The cottage is fully furnished including linens and towels, full kitchen, indoor/outdoor living and dining, patio table, BBQ, fire pit, laundry and wifi. Inside the cottage there is sleeping for 6 with the following features: Master Bedroom: queen bed 2nd Bedroom: double bed LR: sofa bed (double bed) **Please note - the listing changes based on the season. During the summer months (June-September), the Bunkie is open (a separate structure in the backyard) which houses 4 bunk beds to make sleeping space for 4 additional guests. In the winter months the cottage is advertised as sleeping room for 6 only as the Bunkie is not open. There is a hiking trail down the street and a bike path that follows the shores of Lake Huron all the way to the Port Elgin beach. This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
