Description

Villa 425C is located on the waterway, in the quiet, peaceful North Finger of Jolly Harbour.
Set out over two floors the property has a modern kitchen, all appliances, a breakfast bar and full open plan living area. Styled with traditional Caribbean furniture and fittings throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms as well as air conditioning.
The open plan living areas leads on to the balcony with its lovely views reaching out across the waterway, with sun loungers and dining area it’s a wonderful place to enjoy the summer evenings. There is also an extend the decking and finger pier to facilitate a boat of approximately 30 feet.
Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom with a bath and shower and also has a balcony with stunning uninterrupted views overlooking the harbour beyond. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and en-suite with a shower.
The villa benefits from all the windows and doors having armor mesh fittings which allow the trade winds to blow through, whilst being an excellent security measure.
Perfectly located just a short 5-minute stroll to the tranquil North Beach, and within the beautiful Marina you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars just a short golf cart ride away. The large fully stocked supermarket, swimming pool, tennis courts and golf club are also close by.

From January 1st 2021 all accommodation rentals in Antigua will incur a 14% sales tax, ABST. The total amount will be communicated to you before you rental is booked (or should you instant book, as soon as you have done so) and should be paid before arrival or on the day of check-in as advised by the host.
There will be a Tourism Levy Tax implemented shortly, at a cost of $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry once this has taken effect and it will be payable locally once checked in.

All guests need a PCR test with negative result (for all persons over the age of 12), taken within 7 days of arrival into Antigua and should fill out a health declaration form online. We can inform you further on necessary steps for travel to Antigua.
