Description
Our villa is max. 5 minutes walk from the beach of the urbanization Sta. Maria de Llorell away and has wonderful sea views. The house has 2 floors is modern and in perfect good condition. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with large windows and direct access to the terrace with beautiful sea views. The bright kitchen is very well equipped and has access to two further terraces. On this floor there are 1 bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. we get to the upper floor via the stairs. Here are 3 further bedrooms, 2 with jew. A bunk bed and one with a bunk bed). One of the bedrooms opens onto a very large terrace with fantastic sea views. This floor has another shower room.
Costs on site:
Tourism tax: 0.90 € / person over 16 years, up to max. 7 nights.
Sheets and towels if required for 15 € / person (prior reservation required).
Beach towels if required for 10 € / person (prior reservation required).
