It is a short walk to tennis courts, the community playground, restaurants, and Wellfleet Harbor. It is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Non-refundable $255.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

**There are plans to rebuild the seawall in front of this condo association over summer 2022. There may be view obstructions, noise, and closures to the association beach stairs however public beach access is roughly 100 feet away and will remain open.**
