The lower level is independent, the access is through an external staircase, it has a bedroom (double bed) and a large en suite bathroom with bathtub.

OUTSIDE: This villa has a large plot of 1700 m2 with a well cared garden. The poos located at the level of the main floor, in this we find the terrace with sunbeds and covered outdoor dining. We have a garage for your car.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Benissa, only 700 meters from the sandy beach. We also found a supermarket and several restaurants at the same distance. On this coast we have a tourist trail, by which we can walk around and see the crystalline water that has this population.
