Just off the entry is the beautiful open-concept kitchen, fully-equipped with granite countertops, flat cooktop and two swivel barstools. Off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 6 that opens into the living room with a 48” Smart Sony flat screen HDTV, DVD player, French door to balcony overlooking the Fazio golf course and lagoon. Step onto the balcony you will find a high top table with 2 high top chairs and two rocking chairs, surrounded by fabulous views, live oak trees w/Spanish moss, much wildlife, and nature.
The master bedroom just left of the living room has a queen bed, 32 “ LG flat screen HDTV, French door to balcony, and private bath with stand-alone shower.
15 steps up the spiral staircase is the second bedroom featuring twin beds. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
There is a separate laundry room with stacking washer and dryer. Also included is free WiFi high speed internet service and cable TV service with over 200 channels.
