VILLA MIMOSA is a stylish and bright three-storey villa for 12 people which has been completely renovated. From Villa Mimosa you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast. The villa is around 350 square meters in size and comes with a private swimming pool, a number of private terraces with sea views, a garden, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi internet access.

You’ll be in the centre of Positano, were you can find restaurants, shops, and the beach. Just 50 metres away is the Flavio Gioia bus stop. You get to Villa Mimosa from street level by descending 54 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Mimosa. However, if you arrive by car you will be able to park nearby in a private paid car park (it is possible to reserve a space).

THE SWIMMING POOL is 4 metres wide and 8 metres long. The pool is shaded and heated between the months of October and March, on request. The maximum temperature is 27-29 °C. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers.

THE FIRST TERRACE is 100 square meters in size and furnished with tables, chairs, and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the sea.

THE GARDEN is 150 square meters in size, furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. It’s partially shaded by lemon trees, and from the garden you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.


INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (ENTRANCE)

THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, an elegant stone fireplace, and a flat-screen television with satellite television. The floor is tiled with hand-made designs in the typical style of the Amalfi Coast. The room also has a vaulted ceiling. From the bedroom you will have access through the French windows onto a small terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The marble bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, and jacuzzi.


UPPER LEVEL

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed (this can be converted into two single beds upon request) and a television with satellite channels and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor. From the bedroom you have access through the French windows onto a terrace with a sea view.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed (this can be converted into two single beds upon request) and a television with satellite channels and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor. From the bedroom you have access through the French windows onto a terrace with a sea view.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM contains a double bed on a mezzanine and a television with satellite channels and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The furniture includes two armchairs, a double sofa-bed, and a desk. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, shower cubicle, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

THE THIRD BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, shower cubicle, bath, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.


LOWER LEVEL

THE SECOND TERRACE is 30 m2 in size and furnished with a table and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast.

THE LOUNGE is stylishly and brightly furnished. There is a long L-shaped sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen television with satellite channels. The lounge is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE KITCHEN is professional, fitted with a five-hob gas stove, electric oven, American-style fridge with ice machine, a dishwasher, microwave, moka, American coffee machine, and other small appliances. Here there is a table seating ten people. The kitchen is also furnished with a large flat-screen television with satellite channels. From the kitchen you have access through the French window on to a terrace with a sea view. Access to the kitchen is from the lounge.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and satellite TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor. From the bedroom you have access through the French window onto a terrace with an amazing view of the sea. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, and a shower.

THE SIXTH BEDROOM contains a double bed and satellite TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the bedroom is from the lounge. From the bedroom you have access through the French window onto a terrace with a fantastic view of the sea.

THE FIFTH BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, jacuzzi with a shower, and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the lounge.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM contains a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

- Tourist tax 1,50 Euros per day per person. The children under 10 years do not pay.
- Damage deposit: 1000, 00 Euros in cash or by credit card. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
