Sea Breezes is a mid-terrace cottage in the village of Pakefield just two miles from Lowestoft. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite bath and one twin room. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with comfy seat and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is roadside parking and a courtyard with furniture. Situated on the Suffolk coast, Sea Breezes is a lovely family holiday cottage all the year round.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Unrestricted roadside parking in front of property. Enclosed, private decked area and yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Only bathroom in property is the en-suite to the double bedroom.

Town: Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery.
