Sea Breezes is a mid-terrace cottage in the village of Pakefield just two miles from Lowestoft. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite bath and one twin room. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with comfy seat and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is roadside parking and a courtyard with furniture. Situated on the Suffolk coast, Sea Breezes is a lovely family holiday cottage all the year round.

Enclosed, private decked area and yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Only bathroom in property is the en-suite to the double bedroom.

Town: Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery.
