Villa Nicol is 320m2 and accommodates up to 18 guests. Its interior design and decoration is graceful, lightsome, fresh and deluxe, while the quality of the materials that have been used cannot go overlooked.On the ground floor there is an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living /dining room with a built-in fireplace, as well as lighting and furniture of the highest standards. There are also 2 bedrooms,a utility room with a washing machine and a bathroom.(We apologize but the photos of our entry have not been updated yet,in this part of the villa).
On the first floor there are two luxurious and spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms has a double bed, a sofa double bed and a single bed and the other 1 double bed. Each bedroom leads to a furnished balcony with unparalleled views of the virgin natural scenery of Apokoronas . 1 more common balcony completes this amazing floor.
On the second floor, there are 2 more bedrooms(1 with double bed and the other with a double bed and a single sofa bed) and bathrooms.
All the bedrooms have, comfortable mattresses of high quality and a/c.

Pleasing to the eye, Villa Nicol s garden features a large pool surrounded by trees, lawn and flowers. Cooling the atmosphere, the pool area provides comfortable loungers for sunbathing, while native trees and umbrellas provide vital necessary shade in this sun-drenched garden. Emprosneros is located 38 km southeast of Chania in the foothills of the White Mountains at an altitude of 250 meters and belongs in the M.U. Of Krionerida. It has around 320 inhabitants engaged in farming, olive growing, viticulture and locust bean cultivation. The M.U. of Krionerida occupies the central part of the province of Vamos and is bordered by the M.U. of Vamos from the north, the municipality of Sfakia south east with the M.U. of Georgioupolis and west by the M.U. of Fre. The population of the thesis, according to the Statistical Office, amounts to 2330, occupying an area of approximately 67.5 km2 and is mostly hilly, rich in natural beauty and cultural monuments that can be enjoyed every visitor.
Starting from the taps are the seat of the current municipality Apokoronos, one can enjoy the beauty and freshness that offers Vrissiani the river and walking alongside him to come to the Greco-Roman stone-built arched bridge ‘Greek Kamara “. Also looming in Emprosnero, box Hinged, can stand in the tavern, noticing the stone theater and drink water from the Venetian fountain. It is also worth to peer Tower Alidakis bearing remarkable vaulted interiors, arched doors, dormitories, baths and stone stairs. Finally, follow the dirt road to the village of Vatoudiari, where is the church of Agios Mamas, awaits the hiker a beautiful natural landscape with a unique panoramic view of the northeastern part of the prefecture of Chania.
