Description

Columbine Cottage is a traditional cottage situated just a few minutes' walk from the beach at Holme-next-the-Sea. The house is very dog friendly with a fully enclosed mature garden.

The accommodation is versatile and comfortable and has a sunny conservatory to the rear overlooking the gardens. There are two bedrooms in the main house and a fabulous designer Mega Pod in the garden which teenagers will love - glamping with bells on! There are two bathrooms, a shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.

The White Horse pub is a short walk away, as is the stop for the Coasthopper bus service which takes you to all the other villages on this lovely coastline.

Additional Information
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Access Note: The ground floor bedroom is in a pod in the garden. The WC and shower room are on the ground floor of the main house, close to the pod.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen/dining room
Well equipped galley style kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is a fridge freezer in the under stairs cupboard. To one end there is a dining table and seating for six, at the other is a utility area with a sink.
Sitting room
Comfortable room a Freeview television, DVD player and CD player.
Double doors to conservatory
A really sunny space overlooking the gardens and patio area. Tiled flooring and doors to garden.
Shower room
With shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
Spacious room with king-size bed and window with views over the gardens.
En-suite bathroom
Bath with hand held shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom two
With full-size twin beds.

Outside:
Mega Pod!:
A fabulous Scandinavian style Pod providing a unique and fun holiday experience. Fully insulated so cosy and warm with a duplex thermostat controlled electric heater with two single beds, a chest of drawers dressing table and tub chair. Three metres from an outside wc and wash basin. A great glamping experience!
Fully enclosed and dog friendly mature garden. Private and screened with hedges. Lawned areas and patio. Garden furniture. Garage, lockable for storage of bikes etc. Outdoor table tennis table and some garden games and a hammock.
Parking for three cars, one under a carport.
