Casine al Molino is located near Fauglia, a small village in the province of Pisa. Surrounded by a large fenced garden (about 2 hectares), the villa boasts a beautiful pool (13 x 7 m), open from the beginning of May to the end of September, and provided with sunbeds and parasols. Next to the pool you will find a covered gazebo equipped with a wood-burning oven and a kitchenette.
Among the outdoor spaces there is a private parking area, some dining areas and a barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.
At guests' disposal also a table football, a tennis court and a soccer field (included in the price).

Internal Description

Set on one single level (ground floor), Casine al Molino can accommodate up to 8 people, has 2 bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 2 bathrooms.
Available air conditioning (in all bedrooms) and Internet Wifi (throughout the house). Pets are allowed on request.
Please note that the owners of the house live on the first floor, and they will be pleased to help guests if necessary.
The property is made up of 2 apartments, each consisting of: a double bedroom (with external access), a small living area with sofa bed, tv, kitchenette and dining table; a bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; use of the soccer field; use of the tennis court (rackets are provided free of charge, while balls should be purchased); house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150,00€); night lighting of the tennis court and soccer field (6,00€ per hour). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
