It is close to all Seabrook's finest amenities - Beach Club with ocean front pools, Pelican's Nest dining, Island House restaurants, and Seabrook's two golf courses to mention a few. You are just steps away from the most incredible 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach you will find anywhere.
The most popular feature of this villa is the open deck with incredible views that span the ocean and the club. A pair of chaise lounge chairs and high top dining table with seating for 4 provide ample outdoor living options. Watch as dolphins and pelicans frolic in the gentle surf.
This Atrium Villa has an inviting open floor plan with ocean views visible from multiple sliding doors leading to the deck. Upon entering, the fully stocked kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, custom walnut cabinets and stainless appliances. There is counter height seating for 6. The cozy living room features a queen sleeper sofa and 42" wall mounted HDTV with cable and Netflix.
The master bedroom is on the left with queen bed, 28" HDTV, and en suite bath. The master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. On the right side of the property is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bath and sliding doors to the deck. This bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower and hair dryer. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. You also have access to the Lake House facilities - outdoor pool (no fee), indoor pool & fitness center (fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
