Loft area includes a double bed, single bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Main Level:
Primary Bedroom contains a queen bed and has an en suite bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has a queen bed. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full Bathroom accessible in the hallway.The living room and eat in kitchen are open concept and contain an electric fireplace.
Total Beds In the Home: 2 Queen, 1 Full, 3 Twin.
Outdoors:
Multiple decks and patios to enjoy the outdoor.
Dock access across the street via the homeowner's home during all seasons except winter. (the lake freezes over). Kayaks are available.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home except the basement level. Additionally, you may access the lake via a dock across the street at the homeowner's lakefront property. The dock is not available in the late fall through spring due to the lake freezing over.
Other things to note:
The only pets allowed are dogs. You must disclose and discussion your pet prior/when booking. More than one dog is a case by case decision and subject to additional charges.
The homeowner may occasionally need to access the basement, but will not access that space through the home. Guests should not park block the lower driveway.
