Description
A beautiful beach house located on Howe Island (accessible by a car ferry), just a short drive from the city of Kingston, with waterfront views of the St. Lawrence River. This cottage boasts one of the best beaches on the island; a natural sandy bottom with large flat stone and a very gradual slope makes for a pleasant wade through these waters. A key feature and a kids favourite! The deck overhanging the water is a loved spot from a morning coffee right through to sunset.
The beach house contains 3 bedrooms. Newly renovated with a bright beachy feel and an open living-room/kitchen space, which includes all new kitchen appliances. This space includes a flat screen TV, DVDs, games cupboard, Xbox 360 and controllers, Xbox games, AC, potable water, an outdoor gas fire table and an amazing waterfront view.
