Protaras Deluxe Villa Enia is based only 200m from the beautiful resort of Protaras, on the south eastern coast of Cyprus. As you enter your luxury villa you will find the entrance beautifully furnished, the living and dining area sumptuous and the kitchen modern and fully equipped, including dish washer. An air-conditioning unit is provided in the lounge for your comfort, whilst all of our lounge suites offer an open plan design that lead directly out onto the fully paved pool area. Also located on the ground floor is a cloakroom with washbasin where the iron and ironing board are conveniently located. From the living area, double patio doors lead you outside to your own private overflow swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week to ensure it is both healthy and sparklingly clean. Also located outside is a an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with outdoor furniture to make your alfresco dining experience complete.

At the top of the marble staircase you will find the washing machine. All of our villas in Cyprus have three bedrooms located on the upper floor - the master suite has a double bed and en-suite with shower, the second bedroom also has a double bed with the third bedroom having twin beds. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units for your comfort, fitted wardrobes for your convenience and double doors leading out to your balcony. On this level you will find the family bathroom which is fully equipped with both a bath and shower. Also provided for your enjoyment and convenience is Sky TV

All villas have a private driveway and parking area to guarantee that your vehicle is kept safe during your stay.

Villa Enia is modern in design with grey velour corner lounge suite with complimenting red accessories. It has a contemporary smoked glass dining table with black leather chairs and wonderful chrome and stunning red crystal chandeliers.

The villa also offers a beautiful view of the Prophet Elias Church. Based at the top of a 100 metre high hill, this little church is popular not only for the spectacular views across Protaras and the surrounding areas, but it is also popular with couples who get married in Cyprus, and visit the church to take wedding photos.
