Newly renovated rustic cottage with all the comforts of home with a gas fireplace!
Roscoe is known for fly fishing Trout town USA. Our cottage is between two beautiful private lakes with in walking distance.
There are so many interesting things to do in Roscoe. The alpaca farm is 10 minutes away. The Apple Pond farm is an amazing learning experience for children. Many Great restaurants, the Roscoe Brewery, Come see winter wonderland in the Catskills mountains absolutely beautiful.
The cottage is an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen. 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has adult 2 full size bunk beds which can sleep 2 couples or up to 4 children. It is handicap accessible with a ramp to the front door. All the interior doors are 32” wide. The exterior doors including out to the deck are 36” wide. A private large deck over looking the pond.
Mike & I supply paper plates, ketchup, mustard, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, a cold case of water, Charcoal for BBQ, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We look forward to meeting you & your guests soon. Well behaved socialized Pets are welcome at no extra charge! Your dogs must be dog friendly and people friendly.
Yes we love to get to know our guests. Mike & I are keeping the social distancing rules to keep everyone safe & healthy. We supply you with all the area places and restaurants and things to do in Roscoe & Calicoon. We make sure you are comfortable and know where everything is on arrival. Mike & I and our 2 very friendly puppies live on the property we also totally respect your privacy as well. Every guests needs are different and we understand that. We are here to help build bon fires and help with any of your needs. There is also a cottage and a luxury Rv on the property that we rent as well so if you want not a soul to be around this place is not for you! Everyone has there own private fire pit, decks, and bbq and plenty of space & privacy but there are other people on the property all our past guests loved and enjoy our little resort and fun set up with outside games and plenty to keep you entertained and peaceful.
Well behaved multi dog friendly and human friendly dogs are welcome for no extra charge the must be able to run off leash. There is a 2 dog maximum. No pit bulls or full breed German Shepard’s allowed sorry.
