Welcome to our Villa on Bear Creek Court in the quiet, friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek. Indian Creek is in Kissimmee, Florida, just south of Walt Disney World.

The villa features a Pool, 1-foot deep splash pool, theater room, themed Rooms, Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, and much more.

This quiet, peaceful development is within 3 miles of Disney property and is extremely close to other major attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. It is just over an hour to stunningly beautiful beaches.

The house is stocked with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and a high chair, but sometimes you might want something larger. We have worked out a special deal with a local rental company to take great care of our guests. Once you have booked, one of the emails you receive from us will include a link and phone number as well as a coupon code you can use to let them know you are our guest. They also rent other items such as grills, full-sized cribs, double strollers, etc.

We do allow dogs, but we charge an extra $25 per night per dog. We believe this is fair because it is less expensive than kenneling and less stressful for dogs. Very few owners in the area allow dogs, but because we have tile in 99% of the house, it has worked well for us.

This is the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a drink and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

This home has a security system for your peace of mind. Also, please be aware that there are video cameras on the exterior of the house that point outward. The purpose of these cameras is strictly for security and not for monitoring guests.

Once you book, as a security measure, we ask that you provide a photo of your driver’s license, passport photo page, or some other government-issued identification. If it makes you more comfortable, you are welcome to redact the license or passport number. We are primarily confirming your identity, age, and address. We request this because we have had problems with folks not being who they say they are and doing a lot of damage and stealing things.

For security reasons, once your security deposit is released/refunded a few days after your stay, we will delete these photos from our system.
