1404 Sea Crest is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa on the 4th floor of the Sea Crest complex. From the balcony, located off of the spacious living/dining area, guests will have views of the beautiful water gardens, pools and ocean.

Both bedrooms have bathrooms with large soaking tubs, double sinks and separate showers. The master bedroom to the left off the foyer has a king bed, private bathroom and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the early morning or relaxing at the end of a fun filled day. The bedroom to the right offers 1 king bed and 1 double bed and shares a bath with the hall but can be entered from the bedroom as well.

The fully equipped kitchen features Corian counters and a breakfast bar that seats two. The adjacent dining area features new shiplap focal wall with a glass-topped table and 6 cushioned chairs. The living room has coastal chic furniture with 58" SMART TV with a slider that leads to the private balcony.
