Natica is a semi-detached house with three bathrooms and two bathrooms nestled in the heart of Orient Bay, the Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean.
It has a convenient located to enjoy Orient Bay, all the activities and entertainment, or simply relax in the intimate, tropical terrace with its private pool.
This house, renovated in August 2012, offers a comfortable night's sleep, vibrant Caribbean decoration, and large living spaces giving onto the deck terrace with pool.
The large living room leads to the open dining room on the private terrace. The sofas and deck chairs complete this holiday backdrop that is perfect for barbecues, festive aperitifs, or relaxing and reading a book.
Villa Natica has 3 bedrooms. One on the ground-floor bedroom with en suite bathroom has disabled facilities. The two upstairs bedrooms overlook the terrace and its royal palm trees, sharing a bright bathroom.
