The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sandlings is an ideal base for families and friends who wish to explore the Suffolk countryside.

Other places of interest in the area include Framlingham and Orford castles, the National Trust owned Anglo Saxon burial mounds of Sutton Hoo and the seaside town of Aldeburgh.
