South Wave is a luxurious two-bedroom villa that is based along the southern coast of St Barts. The property is ideally based in Toiny, a more secluded part of the island. The Villa is a short walk from Toiny beach, and a minutes’ drive to Petite Cul-de-Sac and Grand Cul-de-Sac. With panoramic ocean views and top-class amenities around every corner, South Wave is the perfect property for you and your loved ones.

The Villa is based on slightly elevated grounds and enjoys panoramic, unobstructed views over Toiny. The property is newly established and offers a modern style, with clean-cut architecture and large open spaces that soak in the views, flooding each corner in light and warmth. Just a short walk away, you can stroll along Toiny beach in the early mornings or spend a day on the sun kissed sand easily. The water is mild and can be occasionally turbulent as it is located facing the Atlantic. South Wave can accommodate four guests comfortably and offers a modern, open plan design throughout the living space. The Villa is also suitable for people with reduced mobility. With surrounding landscaped gardens and private parking, the villa offers tranquility from the outside world, as well as being based close to many of the island’s key destinations.

Making your way into this elegant villa, you will instantly notice the ocean views that pan out beyond the pool terrace. The main living area encompasses a lounge, dining, and kitchen into one open plan room that blends seamlessly onto the terrace. The combination of white and pastel orange walls, a high-vaulted ceiling, wooden floors, and chic furniture, creates a lavish entertainment area perfect for your friends and family. The living area offers white, plush sofas dotted with orange cushions and sit opposite a large TV. The dining area enjoys optimum views of the azure sea and seats six guests comfortably. The kitchen is at the end of the room, fitted with white cabinetry and black counters, creating a modern ambiance. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your vacation. The interiors of the villa come fully air-conditioned and supplied with mosquito nets on each bay window.

The ocean view terrace offers the best views over Toiny. Enjoy the morning breeze as you step out onto the covered lounge area. Villa South Wave has two king-sized bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are located on the pool level, with access to the terrace and alfresco shower. The Bedrooms offer ocean views and views of the garden. Each room is fitted with air-conditioning, mosquito nets, towels, and fresh linens.
