Beautiful newly renovated and fully airconditioned villa with 7 Bedrooms, all with en-suite Bathrooms! Our resort is 24/7 guarded and gated and by far the best kept resort in the area. The landscaping team are on resort almost daily maintaining the highest of standards. Lake Berkley is just 8.3 miles away from Disney !

Our villa is overlooking a natural lake with a direct view on the Bird Island in the lake. See all the wildlife from your pool deck, including many bird species, otters, turtles, etc.

We have renovated our villa over the past couple of years, The living room and all bed rooms are renovated and renewed and in 2021 we completely renovated all the bathrooms. Now we have 3 tubs and 5 showers in the home (master bathroom having both a shower and a bathtub).

In the front of the house is a living room with 2 sofa’s for complete relaxation. In the back is the family room with two leather sofas and a 65” smart TV for your entertainment. We prescribed to a better TV package so you don’t miss your favorite show or sport program! If you have HBO Go, Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming account, you just log in and see your favorite series or movies.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, pots and pans. There is a fridge/freezer, oven, micro, water heater, toaster, coffee machine for your convenience.

Our dining area has a long table with 10 chairs and you can find additional chairs in the games room if needed. We also have a kitchen island with additional 6 chairs around it for breakfast.

All the rooms downstairs, the game room and 2 rooms upstairs are provided with a Sonos sound ‘system which will allow all to listen to their own music.

If you go out to the pool area you can find the large pool with a connected spa. Sufficient loungers, chairs and 2 tables for the whole family to sit together and enjoy the Florida sun and the beautiful sunsets. During the winter months from October to April, we recommend to request for pool heating. Costs for the pool heating is US$25 per day plus 13.5% local sale and tourist tax.

There is a coal and gas BBQ without which you can use for free. If the gas is finished, please inform us and we will arrange for a new gas tank at our costs.

Our downstairs, en-suite master bedroom is dressed to the highest standard; the super king sized bed sits within this room and is fitted with high standard bed linen. This room features a wall mounted flat screen TV with access to our cable package. The bathroom has a shower as well as a bath and walk-in cupboard.

We have a second master Bedroom upstairs, also with a king-sized bed and with a walk-in cupboard and bathroom. Additional, there is a 3rd king size bedroom upstairs as well.

On that same floor, you will find the other bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom and 2 themed-rooms for the kids, one decorated in Harry Potter style while the other is a Disney room. The Harry Potter room is in fact with a bunk-bed (2+1) for 3 children.

All the bedrooms have a TV set at the room and all the rooms have their own private bathroom. Of course, we provide sufficient towels (bath, hand, face) and beach towels!

There is free fast Wi-Fi connection up to 200 Mbps (wireless speed may vary).

Our game room is a must see with a large size pool table, an indoor basketball game, foosball, darts and TV with Playstation3. We also provide our guest several board games, cards and for our little customers: several toys.

Furthermore, for free catch-and-release fishing in the Lake there are several fishing rods and equipment available in the villa as well as tennis rackets, Badminton rackets, golf clubs, etc.

The villa is equipped with strollers, baby phones, foldable cots, gate and high chair for families with little children. Although the area is very secure, we have a fixed safe installed for which each new guest get their unique safe code.
