Waterfront Cottage on Chippewa Bay. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen on secluded 2 1/2 acres. Sleeps up to 4. 1 Queen bed in each of the bedrooms, pull-out sleeper and couch in Great Room, 400 square foot deck off Great Room, 40 foot dock on the beautiful St. Lawrence. Great fishing! Picturesque views, close to Alexandria Bay/Clayton, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, tours. Great for family or the avid fisherman. Public boat launch and boat rentals only minutes away. Minimum nights Spring and Fall 3 nights Summer 7 nights. (Maximun of 6 people) Which means no more than SIX!!!!!!!!!
NO RV's, NO SMOKING INSIDE COTTAGE.We only rent Sat to Sat during the summer months.
