The sound and vista of the sea are defining features of Sea Pearl, a 2-bed, 2-bath villa on the bluffs overlooking Smuggler’s Cove in Cap Estate. The rolling waves beneath are the background to a pool side lounge, al fresco dining or a saunter through the property’s extensive gardens. The single-level villa is designed to take advantage of the boundless sea views and a vantage of the singular Pigeon Island.

Louvre doors open out from all the main rooms onto a breezy veranda which runs the entire length of the villa and enjoys unobstructed sea views. The sitting room is spacious, airy and bright and looks out over the kidney shaped pool, manicured grounds, and the Caribbean Sea. The two bedrooms to one side of the living space are air conditioned and have en suite facilities and access to the full-length veranda. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry and dining area run from the other side of the living room.

Sea Pearl is a short walk downstairs to the beautiful and secluded Smuggler’s Cove, excellent for snorkelling and home to the charming beach bar and restaurant, The Naked Fisherman.
