This house is located in the south of the island, between Campos and Santanyí.
Restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc., will be within your reach a few meters away, the best beaches in the area: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia, you will find them only 16 minutes away by car.
It has two floors, decorated in a simple and summery way, and offers 192 m² of living space for 7 people.
It has four bedrooms (2 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds) and three bathrooms with shower, 1 of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the other two on the 1st floor.
The house has a cozy living room with satellite TV, Wifi and DVD player next to the kitchen, fully equipped. On the first floor there is another area with sofas.
In the outside area, the swimming pool of 9x5 m and the deckchairs, in the covered area, a dining table with capacity for 8 people.
There is a table football and an outdoor grill to enjoy barbecues.
