Villa Quattro Stagioni is a wonderful property consisting of 3 farmhouses and located in the Umbrian countryside, precisely in the municipality of Marsciano, just half an hour drive from Perugia.
The property is surrounded by a large private fenced garden (about 1 hectare) with a green lawn, equipped with an outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 40 people. The whole garden can accommodate up to 100 people.
The outdoor spaces are enhanced by the presence of a beautiful private infinity pool (7 x 14 m), always open and equipped with sunbeds.
The entire property consists of a main villa and 2 dependances, all tastely furnished, and can accommodate up to 20 people for a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 double sofa beds and 12 bathrooms.
