The master bedroom and other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers are located on the first floor of the house where there is a terrace of 35 m2, where you can relax enjoying the spectacular view of the magnificent Velebit mountain. On the ground floor there is also a wellness area where you can relax in the hot tub and Finnish sauna and a game room where you can have fun playing billiards, darts or board games.

The plateau around the pool, in front of the spacious outdoor terrace of 40 m2, features an outdoor dining table. As a part of the summer kitchen, alongside a bar and an ice maker, an outdoor fireplace is available, where you can prepare delicious meals for your friends and family. An infinity pool of 54 m2 is a great solution for refreshment during the summer months, and you can rent the villa in the colder months, because in addition to the heated pool, the house also features underfloor heating that will delight many guests. There are also seven more sun loungers in this beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden where you can sunbathe before visiting nearby beaches. On the plot of 1500 m2 there are also 2 parking spaces.
