The accommodation is set over one floor and has been finished to a high standard, the main entrance leads directly into a spacious, light and airy lounge/dining room, stylishly furnished with picture windows overlooking the pool (Satellite TV and Sky Freeview TV channels in English are available), just off the dining area is a fully fitted galley style kitchen, tastefully decorated with brightly coloured ceramic tiles. A hallway leads to a pretty double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with French doors to the garden and 2 family bathrooms. The property is surrounded by mature trees that provide privacy in the outdoor areas, with an inviting private pool equipped with sun loungers and three covered terraces offering shade from the sun with lounge, dining furniture and a brick-built barbecue for meals al fresco. At the back of the villa, a staircase leads up to a further open terrace that features a Mallorcan stone wall, a perfect spot to enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside, Tramuntana mountains and the romantic sunsets!

Eco-Tax = 2.20 € / Adult / Day (Children free up to 16 years)
Collected before arrival by credit card.

Beach/Pool towels: 7.5 €/per towel
Extra cot/crib: 45 €/week
Extra highchair: 25 €/week

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
