The Elmwood

Description

Wake up, jump out of bed, and you'll be at the beach in no time! Make sure you've got your beach bag at the ready loaded with lots of sunscreen and your flip flops as it'll only take 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The nice thing is that if you do happen to forget something, it won't take long to run back.

The Elmwood is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The living room envelops you with it's beautiful rich wood walls...just like a cottage should be. If you do have to work a bit during your vacation, you'll have a desk to do it from with lots of room for your laptop. Free wifi, of course, so you'll definite be posting vacay pics to Instagram.

The living room/dining room is a relaxing space with a Smart TV. The dining table is there too making it convenient to sit together yet still be doing your own thing. The living room/dining flows into the kitchen so whomever you designate as the chef will easily be able to join into conversations.

Grabbing a cup of joe each morning will be easy as the coffee station is all set up for that.

The den leads to the back yard as well as the laundry room and carport. There is an entrance to the bathroom from the den as well as from the main bedroom.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Double bed

Den: Queen pull out

This conveniently located cottage is a lovely one. Close to the beach, shops and all the restaurants along Erie Rd.

**This cottage does not have central air conditioning. There are two stand up air conditioning units for your comfort.

We cater to families. Groups consisting of all adults, all members must be 25 years of age or older.

Pet friendly with restrictions.
