Decorated in a Tuscany theme, Casa Di Vino is truly "A House of Wine". Grape vines, grapes and grape leaves adorn the built-in china cabinet and set the mood for you to enjoy all of your purchases along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

Enter into the kitchen with plenty of wooden cabinets, microwave, dishwasher, window air conditioning and convenient location next to the dining room. The dining table (extra leaf stores inside the table) offers wonderful views of the lake through the large windows and French doors. The adjacent living room provides comfort to its guests while watching the 42" TV and DVD/VCR player. Down the hallway is a tastefully decorated bedroom with Queen bed, TV, DVD player and stereo system. Across the hall is a full bath with shower. At the end of the hallway is a utility room with washer and dryer and separate entry for easy unloading from one of the parking areas.

Moving up the stairs to the right is a bedroom with Queen bed sporting the theme of sailboats in red, white and blue. To the right is another bedroom with a queen bed. In the middle of the hallway is the full bath with a shower and tub combo. The beautiful and romantic burgundy Master Bedroom faces the lake and has its own private balcony to enjoy an evening glass of wine. A King bed, sofa-sleeper couch with coffee table and TV armoire complete this Master Bedroom.

A covered porch off the front of the home hosts a patio set for all family members to enjoy watching the little ones play in the large level yard while you relax and sip your morning coffee. The large, level, grassy lawn provides plenty of sunny space to spread out and relax. The yard is so level that all you need to do is walk right in to the lake! The natural lakefront features a fire pit for lakeside marshmallow roasting and story telling.

The Rainbow Cove and Showboat restaurants are within walking distance. This area a perfect location for the family group to gather for vacation year after year!
