Perch Cottage is a semi-detached, one bedroom cottage located at Ponsford Farm, just 5 minutes from Cullompton on the fringe of the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is a zip and link super kingsize bedroom on the first floor which has an en-suite shower room. Downstairs, the open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops and a breakfast bar with two stools. There is also a 3-seater sofa which can convert into a double sofa bed, a 32" Smart TV and a coffee table.
Ponsford Ponds offers private fishing for carp from ponds located 220 yards away from the property.
The M5 motorway is just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation, the town of Cullompton is a 5-minute drive, the cathedral city of Exeter is 20 minutes, Dartmoor National Park is 50 minutes and the beaches of Exmouth and Sidmouth are 30 minutes away.
Cullompton is located on the fringe of the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and provides stunning scenery and picturesque walks. This traditional market town has a wide range of independent shops, cafés and public houses.
Coldharbour Woollen Mill can be found just outside of the town centre, as can the National Trust properties of Killerton and Knightshayes. Other tourist attractions include Diggerland, The Bear Trail and Quad World.
