Fairway Manor in Montego Bay is an elegant 10,000 square foot private villa, one of the largest luxury villas Jamaica. The multi-faceted home offers several unique features and overlooks the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Half Moon and the fabulous sparkling Caribbean Sea. Fairway Manor has been renovated recently and a number of outstanding new features have been added.

Fairway Manor is a seven-bedroom Jamaica villa with nine bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms offers spectacular views of beautifully landscaped gardens, the expansive golf course greens and the magnificent Caribbean Sea. Five bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with the swimming pool, while two additional bedrooms are on the first floor. All the bedrooms are furnished with king-sized or twin beds, offer cable television and have luxurious bathrooms and French doors that open onto the balconies or terraces.

Spacious living rooms, areas for dining and drinking, 52' televisions for watching movies or sports and pool tables are located on both floors. The two floors are connected through an interior stair case.

The living room is high-ceilinged with complete entertainment centers, comprising 52” television and DVD players. The furniture and furnishings are quite comfortable and very tasteful, appearing even trendier with the cool marble floors. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and seats up to 16 people. A seamless 20' window in the northern wall is a dramatic architectural feature, providing an exceptional vantage point for the finest views of the Caribbean Sea, unforgettable sunsets and the vast sky.

The outsized, heated swimming pool is located on the ground floor. It has a non-slip shallow section for children. The poolside hot tub has a spectacular 32-rotating jet and can accommodate up to 8 people. The bamboo outdoor shower offers a luxurious experience in itself. The granite bar gazebo provides a fridge with drinks, a wet bar and a BBQ grill. An expansive open living room right next to the pool offers a bar, pool table, cable television, DVD player and movies.

Fairway Manor is rather unique among villas in Jamaica because of several additional facilities that it provides. The games room offers ping pong, foosball and air hockey. A high tech sound system with strategically installed speakers provides music right up to the pool area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa; however, guests are advised to bring their laptops. An office within the villa is furnished with a computer, printer, copier, fax and scanner. Fairway Manor is a child-friendly family home with additional facilities such as high chair, cribs and booster.

Apart from all the luxuries and facilities available at Fairway Manor, one of the most excellent elements is the delightful staff. The full staff includes a butler and an assistant butler, cook, housekeeper, gardener and laundress. The butler, Roy Tomlinson planned the gardens on the villa's property, planting them with the assistance of other staff members including Olive, Richard, Janet and Veronica. Roy is also provides instruction in golf at no additional greens fee, as he is always quite welcome at the club.

Fairway Manor is an excellent option among villa rentals in Jamaica, as guests at the villa are entitled to special guest membership at Half Moon for a remarkable beach, tennis and golf package. Additionally, more golf options are available at White Witch and Cinnamon Hill, both being world-class golf courses at a five-minute walking distance from the villa. The lively Half Moon Shopping Village is a few minutes' drive from the villa where ATM, designer shops, restaurants, bars and a medical facility are available. Rose Hill shops offer clothing, fine jewelry stores and Wi-Fi cafes only at a 4 minutes drive. Doctor's Cave Beach Club, the hip strip and the vibrant Montego Bay are at a 13 minutes drive.

Entire area is excellent for entertaining. All upper level rooms open to the 900-square-foot covered balcony. The panorama of the Caribbean Sea is magnificent from this vantage point. Sunsets are unforgettable.

We've got the Gym up and running with 10 Keiser Strength and Power machines, 2 Keiser M3 Bikes, 1 Keiser M5 Elliptical Trainer, 1 Life Fitness Treadmill, and Power Block Dumbbells. All of the machines are commercial quality, not inexpensive home equipment. We've been building the Keiser equipment for over 35 years. It is used by many of the football teams you've watch this week on TV and the NFL teams you're watching in the playoffs. Over half of the NFL and NHL teams train on Keiser and all but one of the Major League Baseball teams train on Keiser. We're also number one with the older adult communities. Fairway Manor may have the best equipped villa gym on the island.

The Shelf is 1 foot deep. The Pool is 2.5 to 3.0 feet deep on the shallow end and 5.5 to 6.0 feet deep on the deep end.
