Description

Villa in the wonderful and historic village of San Felice Circeo. Located in the heart of the city, a few steps from its vaunted sea, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation that is so biologically important in this part of Italy, and is protected by the San Felice Circeo National Park. The Villa is a typical detached house, on one level and is surrounded by a beautiful 360 degree garden, as you can see in the photos. It consists of a living room, a fully furnished kitchen and 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and one with a double sofa bed), a master bathroom and another smaller one. All rooms have heating and air conditioning. The best side of my property is the outdoor barbecue area with outdoor kitchen where you can spend your evenings with friends or your family in total relaxation and comfort. At the front of the garden there is a wooden patio with another living room with sofas and a small table where you can enjoy the freshness of the afternoons after a day of sea and sun. Internet connectivity with Wi-Fi access is also available. We also give the possibility to access the private beach in the "Bussola complex". The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the entrance to our private road. The property includes 1 parking space in the back of the villa. San Felice Circeo takes its name from the poem of Omerus - The Odyssey, but sinks its origins already in the prehistoric period having given birth to the Neanderthal man. From the Circeo marina there is a direct connection to the Pontine islands, whose natural beauty is renowned throughout the continent. Available to satisfy every kind of request in my availability.
