Madalena do Mar is a peaceful fishing village with a pretty pebble beach and a handful of restaurants specialising in seafood, while both the larger resorts of Ponta do Sol and Calheta, where you’ll find a larger array of restaurants and amenities, are a 15 minute drive in either direction. All on one level, this bright and spacious property offers open-plan living, with the lounge, dining area and kitchen all incorporated into one living space, fronted by patio doors out to the pool terrace. A comfy corner sofa makes for a great place to take respite from the heat, while the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook up all the meals you enjoy back home. You’ll also find three bedrooms, including the master ensuite bedroom, as well as the family shower room. To the exterior, the villa has an inviting private pool which can be heated for an additional charge during the summer months, but is included between November through to April. There is also exterior dining table and seating and a barbecue to make the most of dining alfresco.
