This villa, which can accommodate up to seven guests, is situated on the hillside of Serra de Pescaria, between Sao Martinho do Porto and Nazara. It is a modern villa, with high ceiling glass windows and wooden floors. It is equipped with solar panels, air conditioning and electric shutters. In other words, it is a dream home away from home that you will want to move into permanently.

The villa is split over three levels, with the basement accommodating a laundry room, storage room, garage and a room with table tennis – perfect for guests with a competitive streak.

The ground floor, which is also the main floor, accommodates the open plan living and dining room, with opens out to a beautiful balcony with a panoramic view. As we've said, this villa is the dream. The open plan living space is perfect for a group of friends or family, dinners can be enjoyed around the dining table and the living room has enough space to seat everyone for a little much-needed downtime and the necessary movie nights that come with a group getaway.

Also on the floor is the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. While cooking on holiday is rarely at the top of anyone's list, this kitchen has everything to make your feast preparation a breeze; there is a gas hob, oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double sink, coffee machine, water boiler and toaster. In other words, whether you are looking for beans on toast or for a space to prepare a feast with local cuisine, you're sorted. This floor also has a sofa bed on the upper floor.

The lower floor accommodates the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite and a balcony with a sea view. The other two bedrooms also offer sea rooms; one has a double bed and the other has two twin beds, which can be prepared as a double. There is also a guest bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a spacious shower.

Of course, the real allure of this house is the breathtaking view over the ocean and Nazare's bay. Whether you are swimming in the pool, relaxing on the terrace (which, in case you were wondering gets sun all day long) or enjoying your dinner's al fresco, this place is amazing.

This villa is located in Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal. It is a hilly, coastal city that has plenty for all types of travellers. Those looking to enjoy some history and unique architecture should visit Belem Tower, Jeronimos Monastery, Alfama and Sao Jorge Castle, among other stunning sights.

Also near the villa, just 2 hours drive, is Porto. This is the second-largest city in Portugal and is another urban area. It is on the Iberian Peninsula, so as well as a stunning medieval district and lavish baroque churches, there are many stunning beaches that are a must visit; Moledo Beach, Afife Beach and Cabedelo Beach should be on your list.

While the villa is one hour from Lisbon, there is the fishing town of Nazare nearby, which has a famous funicular railway, restaurants, street cafes and the beautiful beach resort, Sao Martinho, so there is plenty to do without driving far. This town has a daily market (which is closed on Mondays), so you can pick up everything you may need.
