Description

This is a pretty country property with charm and the house itself is very well maintained. The garden is fenced in, well laid out and full of flowers. There is a pool and a choice of leafy places to sit. Even at the height of summer you will find plenty of shady trees and plants.The house is easy to heat and so is also ideal for holidays at cooler times of the year, such as autumn and Easter. There is a living-room with wood-burning stove for warmth and cosiness on cool evenings. The TV has a satellite connection. There are 3 bedrooms all A/C: the main bedroom has a double bed of 160x190 cms and an en suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a double bed, also 160x190 cms, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (85x190 cms). Access to the second bathroom is the entrance hall.The spacious kitchen has a small larder and is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer and microwave. Here you can prepare Mediterranean meals and serve them directly on the covered terrace or use the outside kitchen with barbecue. There is also an outside bathroom with shower, handbasin, W.C. and washing machine.
A beautiful bouganvillea climbs over the covered terrace and there is an open terrace by the barbecue. This is a good place for your deck-chairs, as it is close to the pool (8x4 m). Behind the house is a small vegetable garden with a banana tree and roses. The plot is fenced in. There is a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and contemplate the stars.
This is a great place to have a country holiday and a beach holiday at the same time, as the sea is close by. We are sure you will enjoy being here and will want to come back
