YOUR LIVING SPACE:

- The Hitu villa is located in a peaceful dead end, near the Jalan Legian, one of the main arteries of Seminyak: shops, spas, restaurants (Made Warung, Ocha Warung ...), supermarket (Bintag) are easily accessible on foot.

- On the ground floor, the open space (including the living room, the dining room and the kitchen) offers an ideal environment for relaxation with its breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the tropical garden which surrounds it: dining is furnished with a beautiful and large table d'hôtes which can accommodate up to 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blinder, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

- For lovers of sunbathing, large and comfortable sun loungers are arranged on either side of the swimming pool. For those who prefer to be pampered, a massage table is available upstairs for home spa sessions.

- The Hitu villa has 3 suites of 50m2 each as well as 2 bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people (extra-bed on request only).

- 2 of the main suites are located on either side of the living space. The 3rd suite is located in the guest house. All are equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a safe, air conditioning. They have a dressing room and a private bathroom and offer a lovely view of the garden and direct access to the swimming pool..

- 2 bedrooms of around 20m2 each are located upstairs: they are equipped with twin beds (which can be configured as a king size bed on request), air conditioning and storage. They share a common bathroom, equipped with a large shower and a double sink. An ideal sleeping area for children…


QUALIFIED PERSONNEL THAT MEETS ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS:

- Our 2 managers GATOT and LORENZO will be at the villa to welcome you and make sure you are perfectly settled. Do not hesitate to ask them if you need help during your stay (organization of excursions, scooter rental, babysitting, massage at home etc ...), for any technical problem or any medical emergency. They speak ENGLISH and FRENCH.

- For your comfort and tranquility, our 2 ladies MELAN & KOMANG will be at the villa between 08:00 and 16:00. They will serve you breakfasts and will take care of household tasks in all discretion.

- GEDE our gardener will take care of the maintenance of green spaces daily.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICES:

- Pick-up offered on arrival for a stay of 5 nights or more. For reservations of less than 5 nights, this transfer can be organized on request (IDR 200,000 per car).
- First breakfast offered for a stay of 5 nights or more.
- Welcome drink, fruit basket and fresh flowers upon arrival,
- Hairdryer and natural products of the Naturasie brand available in all bathrooms (shower gel and shampoo),
- Wireless,
- Gallon of mineral water,
- Sheets and towels provided (hand towels and pool towels),
- Safe in the suites,
- Mobile phone provided with credit (IRD 25,000) and useful local numbers for customers,
- Baby bed and baby chair,
- NESPRESSO coffee machine (capsules not supplied),
- Please note that all of our prices include 10% local Indonesian tax and 11% service charge.

ON DEMAND SERVICES

- Breakfast will be prepared free of charge by our house staff every morning but the ingredients will be charged,
- Home meal delivery,
- Preparation of meals at home by our house staff (IDR 50,000 / hour + ingredients),
- Reception and deposit of your personal laundry at the laundry,
- Massage, manicure, pedicure,
- Baby sitting,
- Excursion with our driver (the price depends on your destination but it takes an average of IDR 500,000 / day / car for 6 people max),
- Extra-bed (single bed): 45 USD / night,
- Taxis are easy to find in our neighborhood. However, we suggest that our customers use the “Blue Bird” taxi company.


INTERNAL REGULATIONS:

- Arrival time: 2:00 p.m. / Departure time: 12:00 noon.
Please note that late check-out until 18:00 will be charged at an additional 50% of the price of the overnight stay. A late check-out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged a supplement equivalent to the price of one night.
- Although there are house staff present, please respect the cleanliness of the premises.
- The customer is responsible for damage caused to the villa during his stay. This includes damage caused by outside persons invited to the villa.
- Out of respect for our neighborhood, we ask you to significantly reduce noise after midnight.
- We invite our friendly customers to adopt an eco-responsible attitude and to respect these few recommendations:
- Please use the recycling bins available to you,
- Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the villa, and keep the doors closed when it is running!
- Water is a precious commodity, thank you for helping us conserve the earth's vital resources: our standard is to change the towels every three days during your stay. If you wish, however, to have them changed earlier, we will be happy to do so.
- Keep in mind that the safety of children is solely the responsibility of the parents.
- No smoking in the rooms
