Wonderful house in Puerto de Sóller, at the very first seashore line, having a fenced salt pool being 5 m large x 2.5 m wide and 1.50 m depth. It is an awesome place to have refreshing swims and contemplate the Mediterranean while swimming. Likewise, there is a sun umbrella and four sun loungers to sunbather and get relaxed, as well as an exterior shower. In addition to all this, the accommodation also features many furnished terraces in which you can have delicious breakfasts with idyllic views. The plot is fenced and, because it is located in that such urbanisation, there are direct neighbours.

This house is divided into a floor -1 and the ground floor, which is at street level. Decorated in a simple, calm and modern way, it has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The -1 floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a living-dining room with spectacular sea views where you can watch TV-SAT, two double bed bedrooms, , another with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower, of which one is en-suite.

The ground floor is only open in case you are seven or more people and paying a small supplement per person and night. Here you find a second kitchen, simply equipped and also open to the living room with sea and mountain views. This floor is completed with the following: two dormitories, of which one is a double bed room and the other one has two twin beds, as well as with two shower bathrooms, one of them being en-suite.

The Port of Sóller is a natural port located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Here you can enjoy a fine sandy beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. In Sóller you can take the historical train and go to Palma de Mallorca - a wonderful journey passing green valleys, mountains and picturesque villages. Hiking enthusiasts find beautiful paths nearby, eg from Biniaraix to Cúber. The area is also ideal for cycling. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is offered for a cultural visit and stands out for La Seu Cathedral and Bellver Castle.
