The house is about 180 square meters, and consists of 4 elegant queen bedrooms (with en-suite bathroom with shower), a living room with kitchen with two cooking hobs and equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, coffee machine and fridge / freezer with dispencer, a large marble table with chairs, satellite TV and a double sofa bed and a weelchair friendly bathroom with en suite shower.

     

In the large outdoor space dominates the scene a beautiful swimming pool with furnished solarium (suitable also for the disabled), the right place to relax and have fun, in absolute privacy and tranquility. In addition to sofas and deckchairs, there are a comfortable dressing room with bathroom and 3 showers, an outdoor shower near the pool and a large barbecue corner (wood available) with sink and a useful surface, where you can cook and organize excellent lunch or dinner.
