The property could easily accommodate two families.
The villa is very well equipped and will certainly appeal to those who like their gadgets as you can even control the curtains. The property is equipped with wifi throughout the property.
The front door is approached by several steps which then opens onto a wide hallway, up a couple of steps you will find the cloakroom and the entrance to the open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The sitting room is very comfortably furnished and has double aspect doors out to the terraces.
The terraces are equipped with lovely outdoor seating, dining table with chairs and sunbeds.
The open plan kitchen and dining room is off the sitting room and can be separated with an electronically operated curtain.
All the bedrooms are located on the lower level of the property, all have a patio door leading to a terrace.
The master double bedroom has a TV with dvd player and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower and double sink. There is then an en-suite double bedroom, a third double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a shower room.
Outside you will find a wonderful and very private swimming pool for endless days of fun surrounded by sunbeds. The pool depth is 1.10 mt at the shallow end and 2.10 mt at the deep end.
For families with young children the pool and surrounding terrace can be closed off to prevent access.
The property has various stunning terraces for you to enjoy time by the pool , to chill out and enjoy a good book or just to take in the beautiful scenery. There is also an outside kitchen area with barbeque to enjoy cooking some of the wonderful seafood on offer in the Algarve.
Pool heating is €200 per week extra.

At all these resorts there are wonderful beaches, coastlines and fabulous restaurants to enjoy by the plenty.
The stunning west coast is renowned for its beaches and surfing and can be reached within a 20 minute drive.
