A great base to visit all of West Cornwall but also have use of the site facilities which include a swimming pool, tennis court, bar, family club and only a few mins drive to Hayle beach, Hayle and around to St Ives. A beautifully presented 3 bedroom holiday home with all you should need for a self catering holidays.

Downstairs - This open planned living is deal for families to gather round and relax after a long day on the beach or exploring some of Cornwall's main attractions. The downstairs consists of open plan lounge / diner / kitchen and separate bathroom. The seating arrangements consists of a sofa and an armchair ,there is also a large dining table with five chairs and a flat screen digital TV with dvd player.

Upstairs - Double bedroom with king size bed, bedside table with lamps, chest of drawers and hanging space.

Twin Bedroom - Two single beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Single bedroom - Single bed with a bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and hanging space.


Wifi availability – There are two options available:

• Pay for wifi in the property – Wifi is available in the property. This costs £8 for a 2GB sim card. This will be enough for most people unless streaming films and online gaming. This is a strong 4g system with 25+MBPS download speeds. Additional data available.
• Free wifi in the bar area – The onsite bar has free wifi available.

Please note duvets and pillows are provided but guests are required to bring bed linen and personal linen such as towels.

The property has use of the site facilities which are open March - November and include: tennis court squash court swimming pool sauna games area family club bar area (free wifi) snooker room launderette shopBar meals and takeaway are available. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants.

The surroundings……This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The properties are grouped in three areas around the Manor House which houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. There is a range of facilities available to guests including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, play areas and shop.
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Only a short distance away, approximately one mile, is Hayle itself with harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes and beyond is the fabulous three miles of sand at Hayle beach on St. Ives Bay.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are travelling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor:
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!
