In a stunning location, this detached holiday property boasts an impressive outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, and it commands spectacular views across the Dyfi Estuary and Cardigan Bay towards the Pembrokeshire Coast. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for use with the swimming pool and hot tub. Furnished to a very good standard, the décor of the property is minimalist and airy and there is the added bonus of a separate games room, Mynydd Bychan is a perfect setting for a memorable, relaxing holiday. Set high above Aberdyfi, with its miles of golden sandy beaches, this seaside fishing village has a history dating back hundreds of years – a great place for the whole family to enjoy, being one of the most beautiful destinations in Wales. Adjacent to the grounds is the public footpath that winds its way down the hillside into the town which offers a superb selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. A fantastic selection of water based activities is available, including sailing, fishing and windsurfing. An 18-hole golf course is nearby along with excellent walking in the rolling lush green hills of the Dysynni and Dyfi valleys. Snowdonia with its myriad of exhilarating outdoor pursuits, steam train rides, historic castles and visitor attractions is within easy reach. Beach 1 mile. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

Outdoor, heated pool open 4th May to 30th September; dimensions 3.5m x 7m, depth 4ft. The height of the bannister is less that 90cms high. Please remember to take your own towels for use around the pool and hot tub.
