EXTERIOR BUILDING PAINTING PROJECT
The resort will be painting the exterior building of both beach and ocean towers starting 1/10/2022 and estimated to complete 3/15/2023. In order for the project to be less intrusive, they will use swing stages, which is scaffolding supported by ropes from above (similar method used for window washing of tall high-rise buildings).

We’ve sadly decided to close our unit for rentals from 2/23/22 to 4/22/22 when we are directly impacted since the lanai will not be accessible and windows cannot be opened. These dates have been blocked off on our VRBO calendar.

Working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm on Monday through Fridays only.
Work will not occur on Saturday, Sunday and holidays:
-New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
-Martin Luther King Jr Day
-President’s Day
-Memorial Day
-Independence Day
-Labor Day,
-Veteran’s Day
-Thanksgiving Day and next day
-Christmas Eve and Day

The project will involve some intermittent noise if any exterior concrete wall repairs are necessary. For safety reason, some common areas will be impacted throughout the duration of the project, such as:
-Sandy bottom kiddie pool will be closed from 1/27/22 to 4/12/22
-15 feet of the lap pool will be blocked off from 2/9/22 and 4/28/22
-Portions of the pool decks may be closed during certain times of the project

The fitness center, hot tubs, front desk, and beach bar will remain open the entire duration.


WORRY FREE COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY (This will supersede our standard cancellation policy):

Per Hawaii's mandate, travelers to Hawaii with a negative COVID test prior to their flight can avoid a 10 day quarantine. Tests only accepted from trusted and travel partners. Visit hawaiicovid19.com and Hawaii's Safe Travels website (travel.hawaii.gov) for specific requirements and details. If guests are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test, their payment can be applied towards a credit for future stay.

In the event Hawaii locks down their state and a required quarantine is re-instituted without option to provide testing, guests can choose to receive a full refund or option to apply payment as a credit towards a future stay.


This luxury villa is located in the Ocean Tower on the 6th floor. You'll be impressed with the professionally furnished villa and the spectacular ocean view. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The lanai also overlooks the lap pool and the resort's beautiful garden. The spacious villa is 1,250 square feet and has a king size, two twin size beds (option to combine together) and a queen size sofa bed. Includes complimentary reserved parking space.
