Our beautiful 4 Edelweiss certified holiday home / chalet is made for spending special days with the family, friends or two at the entrance of the Ötztal. We have 4 double rooms with flat TV, 3 of them with an outside balcony with a great view, 3 large bathrooms, a large kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired with 8-10 seats, and an integrated utility room. A living room with a large flat TV. 2 visitors toilet. Wardrobe 2x. Wellness area with an infrared cabin for 5 people, relaxation room, rain shower and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, clothes horse and iron. A double garage with shoe dryer and ski stand. Ball grill, table tennis, lawn with loungers and patio furniture. In the low season you can rent our house for 2 people (with child) or up to 4 -10 people. (!!!!!!!!!!! Always a double room for 2 people

Skiing, swimming, hiking, canyoning, rafting, Area 47, Aqua-Dome-Therme all in their immediate vicinity. An illuminated toboggan run in the village, fairytale path for children in the forest.
