Description

Casa Conceicao is snuggled away in a private estate, just minutes' walk from the coastline and centre of Carvoeiro. This five bedroom villa is fantastic for large families, as it has large grounds and a banquet of local amenities not far from the estate.

Entering the villa, you will immediately appreciate the traditional layout and fusion of Portuguese and North African decor. A marbled staircase, by the entrance, leads to the first-floor en-suite master bedroom. This bedroom is incredibly spacious and has the use of a balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and grassy lawn areas.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads straight through to an open plan dining area and living space. The lounge is furnished with several sofas that face an original fireplace and television. The ten person dining table is ideally positioned next to two sliding doors, which allow the sunshine to illuminate these spaces. The next room along is a recently renovated kitchen, with fitted base and wall units. The large cooking unit is particular ideal for those who like to cater for a big crowd. The ground floor is also home to four double bedrooms. The west wing bedrooms are both en-suite, whilst the two double bedrooms in the east wing, share a communal bathroom.

The private garden is vast, so allow the children to run around and enjoy the fertile grassy grounds and palm trees, knowing they have solitude from the outside world within the estate. An endearing, partially covered, terrace has outdoor furniture for those who wish to enjoy the fine weather, without having to be in direct sunlight. If al fresco dining is your thing, just around the corner from entrance to the garden, is a small patio; with outdoor dining for ten and a barbeque grill. Finally, a kidney shaped swimming pool and sun loungers conclude what can found within these grounds.

#### Location
Carvoeiro is a town, within Lagoa of the Algarve. Nowadays, it is mostly visited for its stunning coastline that has several beaches. Praia Marinha is the most distinguished of these beaches and has been mentioned in Michelin Guide and holds several accolades to its name; for its jaw dropping features. Originally a fishing village and then a fort during the 17th Century, the compact town's history is still intact and visible throughout its streets. The best example is the original lighthouse, which still stands tall and proud and can be seen for miles.

This is a fantastic destination for families who want a bit of everything from their holiday experience. Tourists visit Carvoeiro for its golf courses, tennis clubs, water sports, historical background, beaches, hiking trails and restaurant & bars. For those looking for the odd night out, Portimao is the closest town that has a busy nightlife.
