The main entrance, on the ground floor, leads to a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom; an internal staircase leads to the first and second floors, where the bedrooms and the other bathrooms are located. The second floor is attic and has a height of 1.15 m to 2.32 m. On the first floor there is also a suite with en- suite bathroom, with access to a small terrace from which you can admire the sea in the distance. Its position near major roads make it particularly favorable for organizing excursions to discover this area rich in natural and cultural beauties. In a short time you can reach the places of Calabria most appreciated by tourists, such as Pizzo (approx. 40 km) and Tropea (approx. 70 km), on the Tyrrhenian side, or Catanzaro Lido, Isola Capo Rizzuto and Soverato on the Ionian one. The Terme di Caronte (approx. 10 km) in Lamezia Terme deserve a stop, with the sulphurous water springs reaching 39 degrees.
