Cosy detached holiday home in Todi (Perugia), in a property made of two farmhouses with shared swimming pool. Located at least 100 away m from the central farmhouse, it consists of a large patio overlooking the beautiful green surrounding countryside where you can enjoy moments of relax and dine al fresco. The two units that make up the house have their own entrance from the garden, they are not connecting, but adjoining to each other on the shared patio. In common, the swimming pool about 20 m. away ( 1.50 m depth), jacuzzi, barbecue, pizza oven, play area for children and a bocce game green. Great location in the middle of the green heart of Italy, few kilometers from the most beautiful villages in Umbria: Perugia (55 km), Assisi with the Basilica of San Francesco with frescoes by Giotto (69 km) and Spello (75 km). Besides the house, the estate includes a house with five apartments (including IUP895). In the estate there is also an organic farm that produces extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables, pasta, flour, cereals, marmalade- all products can be purchased on site and are used both in the restaurant inside the estate, with the possibility of special rates for guests, or in the SPA for aesthetic treatments (bookable with extra payment: turkish bath, chromotherapy shower, jacuzzi for two, beauty treatments, herbal tea and relaxation room).
