All the rooms on the ground floor have access to the porch, some rooms have a terrace, thus allowing guests to relax, lie in the sun or read a book, admiring the splendid panorama of the beach and the sea which, on clear days, offers the view up to the Aeolian Islands. Thanks to its particular position, the house is an excellent starting point for organizing excursions to discover the area, which is rich in natural and cultural beauties. In a short time you can reach the places of Calabria most appreciated by tourists such as Pizzo and Tropea, on the Tyrrhenian side, or Catanzaro Lido, Isola Capo Rizzuto and Soverato on the Ionian side. The Thermal baths of Lamezia Terme, with sulphurous water springs which naturally reach 39 degrees, are ideal for relaxing. Not far away is Falerna Marina with clubs, bars, discos and bathing establishments, while the village of Falerna is located on the slopes of Mount Mancuso, one of the most important peaks of the Reventino mountain range. Possibility of mountain biking or trekking excursions nearby and an ideal place for sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.
